| 摘 要： | 通过分析地方经济建设对人才的需求和高校生源层次的特点,指出高校车辆工程专业人才的培养目标是造就为当地汽车工业技术服务的一线工程师;确立了应用型车辆技术人才是育人与育才并重的培养模式;强调教学条件软、硬件建设结合,通过多种形式的独立实践环节对学生进行工程技能训练,培养学生的工程技术素质。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the demand of local economic construction and characteristics of deferent level students for a teaching model university, it is pointed out that the aim of vehicle engineering department is to make the front line workshop engineer who will serve the local automobile industry. Confirm that the educational mode should focus on cultivating talents on both of the vocational personality and occupational skill. Emphasize that through the combination of software and hardware of educational construction, train the students through different independent engineer practices, and develop the technical quality of students. |
