| 摘 要： | 建立陕西省县域经济发展水平的评价指标体系,利用层次分析法确定各指标权重,结合2003年社会经济统计数据对陕西省85个县(县级市)进行综合评价;采用Ward聚类法进行系统聚类分析,将陕西省县域划分为五大经济发展梯度区,分析其县域差异的空间特征,探讨经济协调发展对策。结果认为:陕西省县域经济发展必须充分把握西部大开发的历史机遇,以稳定发展为基础,以倾斜发展为手段,以区域整体经济实力的快速与协调增长为目标。

| Abstract: | After the establishment of the index system for the economic development levels of counties in Shaanxi Province,the paper,with Delphi' method,determines the weight indexes and conducts comprehensive evaluation for the social and economic data in 2003 from 85 counties in Shaanxi Province.With Ward clustering method,all of the counties are divided into 5 kinds of gradient areas in development.On the basis of these,the spatial characteristics of the differences in these counties and strategies in the economic and harmonious development for them have been found.The results in the paper show that the economic development in the counties should aim at grasping the historical opportunity of the west development,stabalizing the development basis,adopting inclined development measures and taking advantage of the overall economic power in the region. |
