| 摘 要： | 学术期刊出版与国家经济利益、科研实力、国际地位等方面利益紧密相关，在“走出去、引进来”国家战略下，国际化已成为中国现代学术期刊的宿命。针对当前学术期刊一味追求英文出版和SCI检索等现象，辨析国际化出版与本土化传播的内在逻辑关系，探寻国家利益视域下中国学术期刊国际化出版的途径，对当前学术期刊国际化出版热潮提出反思。

| Abstract: | Academic journals publishing is closelyrelated to national economic interests, scientific research strength, international status and etc. Under the national strategy of “bringing in” and “going out”, Chinese academic journals is destined for internationalization. With regard to the phenomenon that the present academic journals blindly pursued English-language publishing and SCI retrieval, this paper analyzed the the logical relationship between international publication and local transmission and explored the approaches of the international publication of Chinese academic journals under the national interest. Besides, the reflection on the present international publishing rush of academic journals was put forward. |
