| 摘 要： | 分析了公路交通与经济发展的适应性，分析认为：公路交通与经济发展适应性的内容是十分广泛的，具体包括：公路交通的发展与经济发展的特定阶段和水平、经济发展规划、综合运输体系等相适应，这是公路建设的终极目标；公路交通与经济发展的适应性具有大系统性、复杂性、整体性和动态性的特征。在此基础上，利用SWOT方法分析其适应性，分析认为SWOT方法能够很好地分析公路交通与经济发展的适应程度，促进二者协调发展，陕西省的实例验证了SWOT方法的有效性。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the adaptability between the road traffic and economic development is analyzed, with the example of highway development in Shaanxi Provine. The results show that the adaptability between road traffic and economic development is covered by a wide range of contents such as the levels of highway development and economic development in the peculiar stage, the plans of economic development and adaptability in the comprehensive transportation system. And these are characterized by it larger system, complexity, integration and dynamics. With SWOT method, a good job can be done in analysis for the adaptability between road traffic and economic development and the coordinate development of the two. The concrete examples from Shaanxi Province show the effectiveness of the SWOT method. |
