就业结构与城市化偏差实证研究

研究经济快速发展背景下就业结构与城市化之间的关系，旨在探求二者相互影响的演变规律、寻求促进地区经济社会协调发展的路径。运用相关统计资料，定性和定量分析了西安城市化水平、产业结构、就业结构之间的关系，同时运用偏差系数理论分析了城市化与就业结构之间的偏差程度。分析结果表明：目前西安城市化进程有所超前，工业化水平与城市化水平不符；第一产业就业结构偏差偏大且有不断加剧的趋势，第二产业就业结构偏差随该产业产值变化上下波动；第三产业就业结构偏差逐渐降低，并向钱纳里模式靠拢。同时表明，城市化与就业结构偏差的形成主要源于国情限制、政策偏向、意愿习惯等原因。

Deflection between employment structure and urbanization

The paper analyzes the relationship between the employment structure and urbanization so as to discover the law of interaction under the background of economic booming and promote the harmonious developments of economy and society. The authors make use of the data from 1996 -2006 in Xi＇an, to analyze the relationship among the urbanization, the industrial structure and employment structure. Through the difference coefficients, the paper calculates the level of deflection between employment structure and urbanization. The conclusions show that the level of urbanization in Xi＇an is unconformable with that of employment and industrialization, the deflection of employment structure in primary industry is large and increasing, the level of employment structure fluctuates with the change of production value of secondary industry, the deflection of employment structure in primary industry is decreasing and the deflection is influenced by the situation of the country, its policy and the people will.
