新经济环境下的国家经济安全研究

针对新经济环境下国家经济安全呈现的新特点,本文应用综合归纳的方法,从知识经济和循环经济两个角度研究了新经济对国家经济安全的影响。知识经济对国家经济安全的影响体现在金融安全、网络信息安全、产业安全等方面;循环经济对国家经济安全的影响体现在国家产业结构和产业发展两个方面。通过研究发现:知识和创新是国家经济安全的关键,提高国家经济体系的科技含量是国家经济安全的重要保障。

The National Economic Security under New Economic Environment

This paper discusses the impacts that the new economy brings to national economic security from the perspectives of knowledge economy and circular economy with the inductive-synthesis method aiming to the new challenge in the new economy which national economic security faces.The impact of knowledge economy on national economic security is embodied in financial security,internet information security and industry security;the impact of circular economy on national economic security is embodied in industry structure and industry development.National science and technology strength should become the keystone of national economic security,and national economic security will depend on knowledge content in the national economy system.
