| 摘 要： | 国民经济动员就是国家调动经济资源潜力和社会的物力、财力应对紧急事态的活动。自1994年国家国防动员委员会成立以来,我国的国民经济动员工作进入了新时期。作者从16个方面对新时期国民经济动员的实践和理论研究工作进行了总结,澄清了国民经济动员理论中的一些模糊认识,提出了新时期国民经济动员理论的框架。

| Abstract: | National economic promotion means that the state promote all economic resources and social material and financial resources to cope with emergency.Since the establishment of national defensive promotion commission in1994,the work of national economic promotion in China has entered a new age.This paper generalizes the practice of national economic promotion and theory research by clarifying some ambiguities and putting forward the conceptual framework.. |
