| Abstract: | Both of the Iraq war and Chin's fighting against SARS launched the work of Mobilization of National Economy, especially the logistics. This paper tries to find out the differences between the two operational modes of logistic chain in Mobilization of National Economy and offers a new way of improving the ability of Mobilization of National Economy. |
