金融产业集聚、技术创新与区域经济增长——基于中国省级面板数据的PVAR模型分析

基于中国31个省市2000-2015年的面板数据，利用PVAR模型分析金融产业集聚、技术创新与区域经济增长之间的动态关系。研究表明:就全国而言，金融产业集聚和技术创新都能给区域经济增长带来正向的冲击效应，但是这种效应并不能持久；在发达地区金融产业集聚对技术创新、经济增长的冲击效应有正有负，而在欠发达地区这种冲击一直处于正向的稳定状态。技术创新对区域经济增长的贡献要高于金融产业集聚水平，技术创新对金融产业集聚的影响非常微弱。应从深化金融体系改革、促进技术创新和金融发展的深度融合以及加大研发投入等方面实现区域经济的可持续发展。

Financial Industry Agglomeration, Technology Innovation and Regional Economic Growth -An Analysis based on PVAR Model of Panel Data at Provincial Level

The dynamic relationship between financial industry agglomeration, technology innovation and regional economic growth was analyzed using PVAR model based on panel data of 31 provinces in China between 2000 and 2015. The study showed that financial industry agglomeration and technology innovation could bring about a positive impact effect on regional economic growth for the whole country, but this effect is not permanent; for developed regions, the impact of financial industry agglomeration on economic growth is both positive and negative, and the impact in less developed areas has been in a steady state of stability. The contribution of technological innovation to regional economic growth is higher than the level of financial industry agglomeration, and the impact of technological innovation on financial industry agglomeration is very weak. The sustainable development of regional economy should be realized through deepening the reform of financial system, promoting the deep integration of technological innovation and financial development, and increasing investment in research and development.
