基于CiteSpace的国内外企业社会责任研究比较分析

基于SSCI及CSSCI来源文献，运用科学计量方法，对1998-2017年国内外企业社会责任研究进行可视化分析，综合运用CiteSpace可视化软件中的关键词共现、文献共被引、突变率检测探析国内外该领域研究的热点变迁及发展趋势，并从研究方法、研究内容、研究层次3个方面对比国内外研究差异，为中国未来企业社会责任研究提供方向指引。研究表明:国内企业社会责任研究更注重社会责任标准、供应链社会责任、产权性质与政府约束等主题，国外则更关注中小企业及发展中国家的社会责任履行、社会责任战略与可持续发展等主题。未来趋势方面，国内研究重点关注社会责任履行的消费者认知视角，国外研究则开始探索与政治学的学科交叉分析，二者均将社会责任履行中的制度因素作为未来研究重点。

Comparative Analysis of Corporate Social Responsibility Research at Home and Abroad based on CiteSpace

Based on the literature index of SSCI and CSSCI, this article visualized the domestic and international corporate social responsibility research from 1998 to 2017, using scientific measurement methods, and comprehensively used keyword co-occurrence, literature co-citation and burst ratio of CiteSpace to explore the hotspot changes and development trends in this field at home and abroad, and compared the differences at home and abroad in research methods, research contents and research level to provide guidance for future research on corporate social responsibility in China. Research shows that domestic researchers in this field pay more attention to social responsibility standards, supply chain social responsibility, property rights and government constraints, while foreign researchers pay more attention to the social responsibility implementation of SMEs and developing countries, social responsibility strategy and sustainable development. In terms of future trends, domestic researchers focus on consumers''perception of social responsibility implementation, while foreign researchers have started to undertake an interdisciplinary analysis of political science. Both of them regard the institutional factors in social responsibility performance as the focus of future research.
