国际数字版权研究进展

摘    要:发现国际数字版权研究领域的趋势、热点和不足,为中国的数字版权发展提供借鉴。利用Web of Science(科学引文索引)数据库,收集有关数字版权研究的期刊论文1 418篇,结合网络分析软件Ucinet,从文献量、作者、研究国家/地区、核心期刊及研究热点等角度对这些期刊论文进行了量化分析。研究结果表明:国际数字版权研究起步于计算机程序和电子音乐,涉及的学科领域包括计算机科学、工程学、图书情报学等,最重要的研究方向是版权保护技术,总体偏向理工;来自高校的科研团队是该领域主要研究力量,中国在该领域的研究地位仅次于美国,但团队之间缺乏合作,核心作者群较为分散。建议促进跨学科研究,加强产、学、研的合作与协同创新。

Abstract:The trend, hotspot and deficiency of international digital copyright research can provide reference for the development of digital copyright in China. Using Ucinet software, a bibliometric analysis was conducted based on a collection of literature on international digital copyright research from the database of Web of Science from the perspectives of bibliometric, author, country or region of research, core journals, research hotspot, etc. The result showed: International digital copyright research started with computer programs and electronic music, and involves computer science, engineering, library and information science, etc. The most important research direction iss copyright protection technology, which is generally in favor of science and technology. Research teams from universities are the main research force in this field. China''s research status is second only to that of the United States, but there is a lack of cooperation between the teams, and the core writers are relatively scattered. It is suggested that interdisciplinary research be promoted and the cooperative innovation networks of industry-university-research institution be enhanced.
