| 摘 要： | 资金短缺成为阻碍民营企业和中小企业发展的主要障碍，民营企业和中小企业融资困难的成因是错综复杂的，有民营企业自身方面的原因，也有银行方面及社会环境方面的的原因。本文在剖析民营企业和中小企业融资困难成因的基础上，提出了相关对策建议。

| Abstract: | The financial shortage is the main cause to baffle the development of private companies and small-medium state-owned enterprises.The causes of their financing difficulties are very complicated,such as by themselves,by banks and by social environments.This paper puts forwards some suggestions by analyzing the causes of their difficulties. |
