| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的发展, 科技人力资源越来越成为各国和区域发展的主要动力来源, 科技人力资源的区域集聚也就成为高新技术产业集聚的主要特征。为了在一定区域内集聚到合理的科技人力资源, 需要从宏观环境因素、中观组织因素和微观个体因素来研究分析科技人力资源区域集聚的影响因素。而科技人力资源区域集聚效应的发挥则取决于个体素质、群体数量和整体结构等三个方面。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of knowledge economy, technological human resources are becoming the major impetus origin of different countries and regions. The congregation of the technological human resources is a main characteristic of the congregation of new high technology. In order to collect reasonable technological human resources in a certain area, the study of the element to affect the technological human resources from the angle of external environment, medial organization and micro individual. Whether the effectiveness of the congregation of technological human resources can be brought into full play lies on the three aspects: individual quality, croup number and entire structure. |
