| 摘 要： | 本文从经济学意义上分析了企业的社会责任问题 ,并基于承担社会行为的成本和利润最大化之间的辩证关系给以阐述 ,得出的基本观点是要着眼于企业的长期利润最大化来看待社会责任问题 ,最后结合我国的情况提出了几点建议

| Abstract: | At the point of economics the present paper analyzes the social responsibility assumed by an enterprise. Based on the statement of the relationship between the cost of assuming social responsibility and benefit maximum, a conclusion is drawn that the social responsibility should be viewed upon the long termed benefit maximum of an enterprise. |
