| 摘 要： | 在构建和谐社会的大背景下，实现高等教育和谐发展有着重要的理论和实践意义。高等教育系统作为一个具有整体综合效应的生态系统，它的发展应遵循生态平衡原理。高等教育的生态平衡与其和谐发展，两者虽逻辑起点不同，但有着共同的目标指向。因此将生态平衡原理移植到高等教育领域，高等教育的和谐发展就是实现其结构平衡、功能平衡和输入输出平衡。
