| 摘 要： | 法律是社会生活的产物,是社会生活条件和需要的反映。社会生活不仅产生各种问题即法律需求,还蕴藏着解决这些问题所需的资源。因此,每个国家的法律发展都是一种本土化的创造性活动。法之理也在社会生活中,在社会生活中思考、发现、检验和证明法之理,是促进法律发展和法学进步的方法。在社会调查中思考法之理,北京理工大学法学理论硕士点进行了有益的尝试。

| Abstract: | Law is a social product,as it reflects social conditions and needs.The society is where problems arise and resources for solution are in store.Therefore the legal development of each country might be regarded as a localized creative activity.The rationale of law also facilitates legal development in social life. |
