| 摘 要： | 利用新制度经济学路径依赖理论和制度变迁理论，根据农村改革以往经验和中国国有企业改革的成功经验，提出了农村集体经济实现形式制度设计的新思路:依据分级管理、抓大扶小和以大带小的原则，健全以中央、省、县、乡、村为基础的具有中国特色的农村分级经济管理体制，促进农村集体经济实现形式的多元化和多样化。
