农户选择低碳农业标准化的意愿及影响因素分析——基于四川省农户的调查

低碳农业标准化是转变农业增长方式、提高农产品质量和农业固碳减排的有效途径。以四川省农业标准化示范区农户典型调查数据为依据, 运用Logistic模型对农户采用低碳农业标准化生产意愿及影响因素进行了分析。研究表明:农户收入水平、参加低碳农业标准化培训、售卖时价格有保证和政府支持等因素对农户采用低碳农业标准化生产有正向影响。据此提出切实提高农民收入水平, 加强低碳农业标准化培训工作, 完善农产品价格信息系统和形成机制及加大政府支持力度等实施低碳农业标准化的对策。

Analysis of Wishes and Influencing Factors of Farmers to Choose Low-carbon Agricultural Standardization -Based on the Survey of Farmers in Sichuan Province

Low-carbon agricultural standardization is an effective way to transform agricultural growth, improve the quality of agricultural products and realize agricultural carbon sequestration and reduction. Based on the typical survey data of farming households in Sichuan agriculture standardization model districts, this article analyzed the farmers’ production wishes and influencing factors in adopting the low-carbon agriculture standardization using the Logistic model. The research indicates that variables such as farmers’ income levels, their participation in agricultural standardization training, the guaranteed selling prices of agricultural products as well as government support have positive impacts for farmers to adopt low-carbon standardization of agricultural production. According to the above study, this paper proposes countermeasures for effectively increasing farmers’ income levels, strengthening the training of low-carbon agricultural standardization, and improving the information system of agricultural prices and the formation mechanism and enhancing government support to implement low-carbon agricultural standardization.
