| 摘 要： | 人格特质是反复多次由人格需要引起 ,由人格判断决定的行为所形成的一种反应定势。培养大学生的优良人格特质 ,就是要使大学生在各种环境下所形成的行为定势能符合社会需要。本文从人格需求和人格判断出发 ,分析影响大学生人格行为的环境因素 ,提出培养大学生优良人格特质的对策

| Abstract: | Personality traits, nurtured by manifold individuality demands, is the reaction formulary formed by behaviors that are determined by characters. To cultivate college students to have moral integrety is to make their behavior formulary fit to the social demands in various environments. This article starts with the personality demands and personality judgment, discussed about the environmental factors influencing the character behaviors of college students, and put forward the countermeasure of cultivating good personality traits of college students. |
