当代生物污染肆虐的文化成因探析

20世纪末，生物污染猖獗，已经构成了生态灾变的一个主要方面，严重地危及到了相关民族的可持续发展，并引起了学术界的高度关注。但对当代生物污染成因的探讨却见解不一。鉴于当代的生物污染肆虐并不是发生在纯粹的自然背景下，而是发生于自然与人文双重背景下。忽略多元民族文化并存的当代人文环境，显然无法澄清当代生物污染肆虐的真实原因。为此，本文引入了生物制衡和文化制衡两个概念，从文化的角度破解当代生物污染肆虐的社会原因，指出人类的当代生存方式对生物污染的肆虐起到了推波助澜的作用。治理生物污染必须立足于各民族文化，通过改变资源利用的办法才能有效地防治生物污染。

A Cultural Factors Analysis on the Infestation of Modern Biological Pollution

The infestation of biological pollution in the late 20th century has formed a major aspect of ecological disaster,seriously threatened the sustainable development of relevant nations and caused great concern from the academic circles.However,no agreement could be reached on the cause of this infestation.Regarding that modern biological pollution does not occur under pure natural circumstances,but occur under the double backgrounds of nature and humane,it is impossible to find out the true cause of it if we neglect the modern humane circumstances of the coexistence of multi-cultures.Two concepts of biological restriction and cultural restriction are introduced in this paper to analyze the social factors for the infestation of biological pollution.It is pointed out that the modern ways of human existence have helped to make the situation worse,and that we should be established in the cultures of different nations and change the resource utilization to prevent biological pollution effectively.
