| Abstract: | Hunan engineering machinery industry has possessed the fundamental features of cluster industry.The strategies of local net,information,industry parks,regional brand as well as international development are all beneficial to cluster advantages.The industry cluster culture and the construction of innovative environment are necessary to carry out these strategies. |
