| 摘 要： | 和谐社会是政治、经济、文化、社会四位一体良性互动、协调发展的社会运行状态，构建和谐社会是我国建设和发展有中国特色的社会主义的伟大战略目标。而和谐文化是构建和谐社会的重要内容，更是构建和谐社会的力量之基、价值之本、精神之源。非物质文化遗产中有着丰厚的和谐文化基因，保护非物质文化遗产是建设和谐文化的内在要求，和谐文化的建设能更好促进和谐社会的建设发展。

| Abstract: | A harmonious society is the healthy interaction and development of politics,economy,culture,and society,and is also the strategic goal to construct socialism with Chinese characteristics.Harmonious culture is an important content and the root to construct a harmonious society.Non-material cultural heritage contains rich elements of harmonious culture,so it is essential to protect it in order to enhance the development of a harmonious society. |
