| 摘 要： | 当前，农村人口在山区农村到平原农村、平原农村到都市城镇之间出现了层级流动；不同层级的农户在契合地出现了社会融合问题。层级流动是当代农村人口为改善生存现状而进行理性选择的直接反映。由于层级流动，“乡”与“土”在不断分离，以异地务农为基础的经营性农耕文化正在凸显，并可能对中国传统农村以宗族聚居为主要特征的社区结构形成冲击。

| Abstract: | Nowadays thousands of thousands of rural people are migrating all over the China. A special migration wave that has not yet attracted enough attention is that, besides rural-city migration, rural-rural migration has come into view as well. More precisely, when one group has given up their traditional living style and attempted to find a new life by immigrating into the urban area, another group has chosen to immigrate into the village and cultivate the land that the former has left behind. This migration has been named as Hierarchy of Migration. |
