论少数民族政治发展的内涵、变量及路径选择

少数民族政治发展是少数民族政治体系随着少数民族经济和社会的发展，从一种政治关系结构模式向另一种政治关系结构模式的变迁，从而建构起一种更加合理的政治关系模式。由于受到经济发展状况、历史传统、政治文化等变量的制约，使少数民族政治发展速度相对缓慢、政治民主化程度相对较低。为此，必须在大力发展少数民族经济，建构新的政治机制和政治关系模式，提升少数民族地区政府能力，巩固和发展平等、团结、互助的社会主义民族关系等方面科学地选择少数民族政治发展的路径,以推进少数民族政治发展顺利进行。

On the Connotation,Varies,and Path of Political Development of the Ethnic People

The political development of ethnic people is seen as a transition of political system from one structural mode to another along with their economic and social development,in this sense it is a more rational mode of political relation.Due to the restriction of economy,historical tradition and political varies,the political development of ethnic people is slow and at a low level,so it is essential that we should choose a scientific path to boost the political development of ethnic people.
