环境友好型社会三重和谐论

环境友好，表征着构成环境各因素与基本条件的和谐一致、共生同促。建设环境友好型社会，应从生态、国内与国际三重视阈进行。在生态环境上，正确协调人与自然的和谐关系，注重天人合一，物我交融；在国内环境上，注重以人为本，化解矛盾，努力构建社会主义和谐社会；在国际环境上，注重博采众长、合作共赢，推动建设持久和平、共同繁荣的和谐世界。

Being environmental-friendly signifies that all elements that constitute environment are in accord with basic requirements,coexisting and cooperating with each other.Building an environmental friendly society should be carried out from a triple visual threshold,ecological,national and international.In terms of ecology,it  requires a harmonious relationship between human and nature,attaching importance to the combination of heaven and human and the blending of people and material;in terms of national environment,it places the priority to people,resolves conflicts and establishes a harmonious socialist society;in terms of international environment,it demands that all bring their talents into full play,cooperate with each other and push forward a harmonious world with lasting peace and common prosperity.
