| Abstract: | The Difference Principle is one of Rawls' two principles of justice.He tries to overcome the present unequal situation by using the Difference Principle. But in fact, it hardly works. This paper intends to inquire into the principle from its theoretical base, its value tendency and its ways for practice. |
