健全的公民社会：现代国家建构的社会基础

当代中国公民社会可能性的最深刻根源在于社会主义市场经济的运行与发展，而当代中国社会主义公民社会的现实表现在于自由流动资源和自由活动空间的出现；伴随着社会资源占有与控制的多元化，个人独立性相对扩大，个人受组织、身份的限制趋于减弱，寻求自身发展的选择余地不断增加，个人财产权利等各种权利的状况也日益得以彰显和改善。健全的公民社会是现代国家建构的社会基础,要实现国家转型，建构一个民族-国家与民主-国家相对均衡的现代国家，必须建立一个健全的、正常发育的公民社会，使社会不会因为政治上的波动而失控。

The feasibility of a modern Chinese civil society lies in the running and development of socialist market economy,and the realistic representation of modern Chinese socialist civil society is seen in the appearance of free-moving resources and free space for activity.With the multiple ownerships of social resources,the increasing individual independence,the less limitation of individual by organization and identity,and the growing choices for individual development,more and more rights have been improved.A sound civil society is the social foundation for modern state construction,so we must build up a sound civil society if we want to realize state transition and construct a state balanced in nation and democracy.
