新时期高校学生干部群体发展现状与培养对策——以湖南高校为例

高校学生干部是大学生中综合素质相对较高的骨干群体。调查发现，高校学生干部这一群体发展状况总体是好的，但同时存在理论水平不高、看重个人的发展、心理压力普遍较大等问题。当前，高校应进一步贯彻落实科学发展观，加强对学生干部的理论指导、价值引导和心理疏导，强化学生干部的精英意识，促进学生干部群体的全面发展。

On the Status and Development Strategy of College Student Cadres

College student cadres belong to a backbone group who has a better comprehensive quality.It is found that the development of this group is generally good;however,problems also exist in them which are seen in low theoretical level,too much emphasis on personal development,excessive psychological pressure and so on.It is essential that colleges should further implement the scientific view of development and guide the student cadres in a proper way to foster their all-round development.
