湖南工业化与城市化的几个问题

城市化作为传统社会向现代社会转变的一个组成部分，是经济、社会发展的必然趋势。城市化的主要因素是工业化。湖南在工业化、城市化的过程中面临着--城市化严重滞后于工业化和整个国民经济发展水平；城市规模偏小，集聚功能较弱，缺乏辐射力较强的超大中心城市；城市结构趋同，城市质量不高，基础设施建设薄弱等问题。注重信息化、城市化、工业化的同步发展；工业化、城市化与农村的现代化一起考虑；坚持城市发展模式多样化的原则，注重特色经济的发展，是湖南工业化与城市化进程中应注意的几个方面。

Some Problems in Hunan Industrialization & Urbanization

As a part in the transition from a traditional society into a modern one urbanization is the trend of social and economic development,the main task of which is industrialization.In the process Hunan industrialization is facing a series of problems such as far-backwardness of urbanization than industrialization and the development of national economy;smaller urban scale;weaker concentrative function;in lack of central cities with over large scale;similarity in city layout and poor in quality and infrastructure.Solution of the above problems should include synchronization development of information,urbanization and industrialization;comprehensive consideration of industrialization,urbanization and rural modernization and implementation of the principles of versatile mode development,economy with special priority in particular.
