| 摘 要： | 党的十七大的召开，标志着我国反腐倡廉工作已由过去的权力反腐、制度反腐进入到文化反腐的新阶段。文化反腐是我国反腐倡廉工作的重大创新举措。廉政文化在思想防腐、净化社会风气、巩固党的执政地位等方面有极大现实意义。文化反腐，需要通过吸收中外廉政文化精华、加强思想教育、注重制度建设以及加大惩治力度等途径来实现。

| Abstract: | The holding of the 17th National Party Congress marked a new stage of our Party’s anticorruption campaign from a power and system level into a culture level,a great innovation in anticorruption. A culture of clean and honest government is of great significance in purifying social conduct and solidifying our Party’s position as the ruling party. Cultural anticorruption should be realized by absorbing the fine culture home and abroad,strengthening ideological education,emphasizing system construction,and increasing the degree of punishment. |
