高师教育类课程设置改革研究——基于反思型教师理念

反思型教师所体现出来的是一种与传统的技术型教师、胜任为本教师观完全不同的、崭新的教师发展观。基础教育新课程的实施呼唤反思型教师，高师作为培养未来中小学教师的主要阵地，必须把教育重点放到如何提高师范生的自我反思能力和学习能力上。依据反思型教师的理念，高师院校的教育类课程可分为教育理论课程、实践活动课程和教育科研课程三大板块来进行设置。

Pedagogic Curriculum Reform Based on the Concept of Reflective Teachers in Teachers' Colleges

The concept of reflective teachers embodies a brand-new idea of teacher development that is totally different from the traditional concept of technical teachers.The implementation of the New Curriculum for basic education calls for reflective teachers.As the major place for training school teachers,the teachers’ college should focus on developing students’ abilities of self-reflection and learning.According to the concept of reflective teachers,Pedagogic Curriculum can be classified into three sections:pedagogic theoretic courses,practical activity courses and pedagogic scientific research courses.
