战略性新兴产业自主创新能力的驱动因素研究

目前我国经济正处在转变发展方式的攻关期，培育和发展战略性新兴产业，提高其自主创新能力，是跨越经济发展关口的迫切要求。基于知识生产函数和市场需求、政府补贴及技术对企业创新的交互作用模型，从理论上分析战略性新兴产业自主创新能力的内部驱动因素和外部驱动因素。构建动态面板计量模型，运用我国战略性新兴产业2010—2016年数据，实证研究战略性新兴产业自主创新能力的内外部驱动因素。结果显示：研发人员、研发资金投入和市场需求对自主创新能力具有显著的促进作用，而政府补贴的促进作用不明显。所以提升我国战略性新兴产业自主创新能力应从增加企业研发资金投入、注重研发人才的培养引进、坚持以市场需求为导向等方面采取有效措施。

Research on the Driving Factors of Independent Innovation Capacity of Strategic Emerging Industries

At present,China's economy is in a key period to change the development mode,and it is urgent to cultivate the strategic emerging industries and improve their independent innovation ability.Based on the model of knowledge production function,market demand,government subsidies and the interaction between technology and enterprise innovation,this paper theoretically analyzes the internal and external driving factors of independent innovation capacity of strategic emerging industries.Building a dynamic panel econometric model and using the 2010-2016 data of China's strategic emerging industries,an empirical study is carried out on the topic.The results show that the research and design personnel,investment and market demand have a significant role in promoting independent innovation capacity,while the role of government subsidies is not obvious.Therefore,in order to enhance the independent innovation ability of strategic emerging industries in China,effective measures should be taken from increasing investment in R&D funds,focusing on the training and introduction of R&D talents,and insisting on market demand-oriented.
