数字经济赋能产业共聚的影响效应

平台经济的出现使产业集群的形成和演进发生了根本性变化，形成了依托于社区化、模块化生产的无边界性的虚拟集聚，产业分工也呈现出与工业经济完全迥异的模式。基于此，使用新经济地理学模型推演数字经济赋能产业共聚的内在机理，以及数字经济通过放大区域比较优势影响专业化分工进而赋能产业共聚的作用机制。以2008—2019年中国30个省、自治区、直辖市为研究样本，采用广义空间面板自回归两阶段最小二乘法和中介效应模型，实证检验了数字经济赋能产业共聚的路径与作用机制，研究发现：(1)产业共聚具有正向空间溢出效应，数字经济显著促进了产业共聚，专业化分工是数字经济赋能产业共聚的主要传导途径；(2)东部地区的数字经济对于产业协同发展和区域一体化发展具有重要作用，且数字经济对二三产业的空间共聚促进作用更强，更有利于一体化发展。研究贡献在于进一步丰富了数字经济与产业共聚的相关研究，为数字经济促进区域协调发展提供了思路。

Research on the Effects of Digital Economy to Enable Industry Co-agglomeration

The emergence of platform economy has fundamentally changed the formation and evolution of industrial clusters,forming a borderless virtual co-agglomeration relying on community-based and modular production,and the industrial division of labor is completely different from that in the era of industrial economy.Based on this,using the new economic geography model which integrates the Internet department and big data elements,this paper deduces the influence mechanism of digital economy enabling industrial co-agglomeration,and the mechanism of digital economy influencing specialization and then enabling industrial co-agglomeration by magnifying regional comparative advantage.Taking 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in China from 2008 to 2019 as research samples,the generalized spatial panel autoregressive two-stage least square method and intermediary effect model are used to empirically test the path and mechanism of industrial co-agglomeration in digital economy.It is found that:(1) Industrial co-agglomeration has positive spatial spillover effect,and digital economy significantly promotes industrial co-agglomeration.At the same time,specialization and division of labor is the main transmission way for the co-accumulation of empowering industries in digital economy.(2) The digital economy in the eastern region plays an important role in the coordinated development of industries and the development of regional integration,and the digital economy plays a stronger role in promoting the spatial co-accumulation of secondary and tertiary industries,which is more conducive to the development of integration.This paper enriches the relevant research on digital economy and industrial co-accumulation,and provides ideas for digital economy to promote regional coordinated development.
