| 摘 要： | 通过对国外社会企业及社会企业创业理论演进的分析，认为社会企业家通过持续的创新，用商业的规则去解决具体的社会问题，有助于弥补政府与市场对贫困和边缘群体社会服务提供的不足。因而，建议在我国建立有效的社会机制，探索有效的培养与训练途径，以促进社会企业在我国的发展，从而构建社会主义和谐社会。
