| 摘 要： | 铁路战略信息系统是运用信息化技术,及时、准确地掌握国内外运输市场的变化动态,为铁路各级战略决策提供支持依据的综合系统.该系统能充分利用路内、路外信息,把传统分散的铁路信息孤岛,整合为一个有机整体,可为铁路内部的战略决策提供支持,对提高铁路经济效益、实现铁路现代化管理具有十分重要的意义.
