摘    要:绩效考评是人力资源管理工作的重要内容之一,它是员工工作调动、薪酬调整的依据,更是企业帮助员工改进绩效,努力实现公司整体目标的有效手段.合理科学的绩效考评体系为企业人才的选、育、用、留等工作创造良好的基础,提供客观的依据.在小企业当中,绩效考评制度的设计同样重要,而且有着特殊性.本文试通过研究小企业管理的特点,讨论其绩效考评体系的设计,探讨出一些对小企业比较实用的考评方法和策略,为企业的管理工作提供有益的建议.

Abstract:The performance evaluation is a substantial part in human resource management.It will provide the important reference and information for the stipend,promotion and job rotation of the staff.Moreover,it takes the functions of helping employees to improve their working behaviors,thus to achieve the goal of the whole company. The good performance evaluation system plays a very important role in the development of a company.Especially in small company,suitable and efficient evaluation system should be established.The essay focused on the characteristics of small companies,studied the prensent situations of the performance evaluation in them,and tried to find an useful and feasible way to evaluate the job performance of employees.
