电信运营企业实物资产全程管理系统构建研究

Study on Construction of Physical Assets Full Management System for Telecommunication Company

Increasingly with the intense market competition,the telecommunication operating company pays more attention to the operation cost controlling.However,the assets management system of telecommunication operating business involves above goods accounts for 85% of the enterprise total assets,which will directly affect the enterprise cost reduction and competitive capacity improvement.This paper based on the eTOM and Value-Chain Model Theory,analyzes the necessity and the effect of constructing the physical assets full management system for the telecommunication operating company,then discusses the framework,lastly provides the suggestions on carrying out the physical assets full management system for the telecommunication operating company.
