| 摘 要： | 建国以来，中国共产党对“以德治国”方略的探索，经历了对社会主义道德建设的初步探索、从社会主义道德建设到“以德治国”方略的初步形成、全面确立“依法治国与以德治国相结合”基本治国方略及其创造性发展的历程。经过艰辛探索和不懈努力，我们党走上了“依法治国与以德治国相结合”的科学治国之路。
