| 摘 要： | 通过对逆向物流网络系统内部及外部不确定性的分析,给出了逆向物流网络系统柔性的概念,并从系统的角度将逆向物流网络系统柔性分为战略、战术及执行3个层次。运用模糊层次分析法对逆向物流网络系统柔性进行评价,可为企业构建或诊断逆向物流网络及提高逆向物流网络系统柔性提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of internal and external uncertainty of the reverse logistics network system,this paper gives the definition to and the concept of reverse logistics network system flexibility.And from the perspective of such system,we can divide the reverse logistics network system flexibility into three levels as strategy,tactic and operation.Finally,it evaluates the flexibility of reverse logistics network system with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and therefore provides a certain reference for enterprises when they construct or diagnose reverse logistics network and improve the reverse logistics network system flexibility. |
