| 摘 要： | 当前我国城市基础设施建设资金供给不足的矛盾仍然十分突出 ,本文首先分析了城市基础设施建设投融资领域存在的问题 ,然后从城建投资主体多元化、城建投融资主体法人化、城建投融资渠道市场化和加快城市基础设施行业市场化进程等方面提出了城市基础设施建设投融资改革的基本对策

| Abstract: | Due to the shortage of fund , urban infrastructure development can't be carried out smoothly during the past decades and for the time being. In this paper, based on the systematic investigation and analysis of problems which hinder and influence the fund raising for urban infrastructure in China , some concrete approaches in connection with investor, channel and methods of fund raising ,marketization operations of urban infrastructure ,etc. are proposed. |
