基于灰色关联投影模型的物流能力评价研究

针对物流产业发展特点,在物流经济环境、物流发展水平、物流基础建设及物流发展潜力四方面构建表征我国物流能力的指标体系;选取2003-2011年数据为研究样本,基于灰色关联投影模型进行实证研究,对指标投影值进行相关性分析。结果表明:选取的物流能力指标能够较全面的反映物流产业整体水平;指标间具有较高的关联度,且权重等级分配明显;总评价水平由强到弱依次为2006年、2009年、2007年、2008年、2005年、2010年、2004年、2003年、2011年,且总效应与二级指标相关性程度存在差异。

Evaluation of Logistics Capability Based on Grey Relation Projection Model

Based on characteristics of development of logistics industry ,this paper establishes index system of logistics capability from four aspects ：economic environment of logistics ,the level of lo-gistics development ,logistics infrastructure and development potential of logistics .This paper se-lects data from 2003 to 2011 ,analyzes correlation of projected values of indicators based on grey relation projection model .The results showed that ：the selected indicators can reflect level of lo-gistics industry .Correlation between indicators is high ,and the weights assignment is obvious . The evaluation level from strong to weak is ：2006 ,2009 ,2007 ,2008 ,2005 ,2010 ,2004 , 2003 ,and 2011 .Degree of correlation between total effect and the second level indicators is dif -ferent .The results provide a reference for government to formulate relevant policies .
