| 摘 要： | 物流网络是物流系统更为形象的表现形式,只有立足于系统角度研究物流网络才能有效进行物流网络资源的整合与优化配置。文章对物流网络的系统性、网络要素、网络状态和网络主体构成进行分析,提出物流网络是由横向的基础设施网络、物流组织网络、物流信息网络与纵向的物流需求网络、物流功能网络、目标客户网络交叉形成的立体网络系统,并据物流网络的构成构建了物流网络资源整合模式,使物流资源从系统整体实现了层次、流程和空间的立体整合,为物流网络资源的有效利用和物流网络优化提供了重要基础条件。
