基于现代物流理念发展铁路物流

Development of Railway Logistics Based on Modern Logistics Concept

Driven by the macro-environment of economic globalization,China’s logistics industry is undergoing a transformation from traditional logistics to modern logistics.Modern logistics emphasizes the concept of service and management.From the perspective of modern logistics,the main problems in China's railway logistics are as follows:For a long time,bulk freight has been the main transport mode,while other specialized logistics services have been developing rather slowly in the diversified business field,which limits their profit space;Due to the urgent need for innovation in logistics management,management level of railway specialized logistics needs to be improved;Limited by the current management capacity,supply of specialized logistics,such as commodity vehicle transportation and cold chain transportation is insufficient.Railways has its advantages in terms of transportation,product and information in developing modern logistics.Railway logistics enterprises should,rather than attaching importance only to the increment of freight,take modern logistics concept as the guide,rely on its own advantages,learn from the successful experience of Zhongda Group and Zhongdu Logistics,and carry out deep integration and management innovation of logistics services centering on the dimensions of products and customers to achieve their transformation to modern logistics enterprises.
