| 摘 要： | 区域经济的冲突严重制约了我国区域经济的统筹发展，制定和完善区域经济横向合作法律制度具有重要意义。区域经济横向合作法律制度的建构要以建立区域横向合作全面、协调、可持续发展的长效机制为目标。区域经济横向合作法律制度体系的构成主要包括区域横向合作协调法律制度和区域横向合作市场培育法律制度。
