逆向物流网络柔性影响因素研究

通过对单个企业、联盟企业和逆向物流网络柔性的比较,给出逆向物流网络柔性的定义。从回收、退货、召回逆向物流的不确定性等外部因素和逆向物流网络节点的规模、节点之间的空间排列及关系程度等内部因素两个方面,分析影响逆向物流网络柔性的因素。研究表明,可以通过提前处理、合理设置节点、建立柔性合作机制等途径提升逆向物流网络的柔性。

A Study on Influence Factors on the Flexibility of Reverse Logistics Network

Based on a flexibility analysis with single enterprise,the enterprise alliance and the reverse logistics network,this paper gives the definition of reverse logistics network flexibility.Then it analyses the factors which influence the reverse logistics network flexibility from the external uncertainty(the uncertainty of recycling,return and recalled reverse logistics) and internal structure of reverse logistics network(the scale,the spatial arrangement and the relationship of the reverse logistics network node).As is revealed,the reverse logistics network flexibility can be promoted through pre-handlings,setting up reasonable nodes,and establishing the flexible cooperation mechanism.
