怎样认识民主社会主义的社会主义观

党的十七大前夕，在什么是社会主义的问题上，各种各样的“社会主义理论”都被提了出来，其中许多对社会主义的提法都属于民主社会主义的社会主义现。要正确认识民主社会主义的社会主义现，应注意把握以下几点：不能把某些抽象的价值目标当作社会主义本质；工人参加管理和监督并不就是社会主义；社会福利是一种政策，而不是社会制度的本质，不能用“共同富裕”取代“公有制”来界定社会主义；中国特色社会主义与民主社会主义是对立的两种思想体系。

How to Interpret the Socialist Concept from the Perspective of Democratic Socialism

Just before the opening of the CPC's 17th National Congress,there were a large variety of "socialist theories" being proposed to the question of what socialism is,among which many of them can be categorized into the genre of democratic socialism.To approach this genre correctly,the following aspects should be taken into consideration.First,some abstract value objectives should not be taken as the essence of socialism.Second,Workers' involvement in management and supervision doesn't mean socialism.Third,social welfare is just a policy, not the essence of social system,and therefore,socialism can not be defined as "common well-being" instead of "public ownership".Lastly,socialism with Chinese characteristics and the democratic socialism are two opposite ideological systems.
