完善绿色消费法律制度的设想

绿色消费的实质是可持续发展在消费领域的表现。我国绿色消费法律制度的缺失主要表现为绿色税收法律制度缺乏体系性和科学性;企业法律制度中缺少绿色生产、绿色营销制度;政府采购法中缺乏政府采购绿色标准;绿色认证系统混乱;缺乏绿色消费的消费者权益保护法律。因此,应完善与绿色消费相关的税收制度;完善企业行为法律制度,促进绿色营销与绿色消费;完善政府采购法,促进政府进行绿色采购;完善保护绿色消费的消费者权益保护法;建立完善的绿色认证系统。
