| 摘 要： | 新世纪是知识经济即科技起主导作用的世纪。随着知识经济的发展 ,传统教育所培养的传承型人才 ,已不能适应社会发展的要求。知识经济时代需要的人才是创新型、综合型人才。而这种类型人才的培养 ,必须依靠创新教育。创新教育的实施 ,则必须进行教育创新。

| Abstract: | The new century is a century of knowledge economy,that is to say,science and technology plays a leading role.As knowledge economy develops,the inherit-patterned talents cultivated under the traditional educational system can no longer satisfy the need of social development.The talents needed in the era of knowledge economy are innovative talents.The training of such kind of talents relies on the innovative education.Implementation of innovative education is done through education innovation. |
