| Abstract: | The year of 2007 is the turning-year for North Korea in "building an economic power country".Although severe difficulties and challenges exsit in the economic development of North Korea,its step of economic reform is speeding up with comprehensive actions of all aspects.Liaoning,by a peculiar geographic position that is a close-neighbor seperated only by a strip of water with North Korea,plays an important role in North Korea's economic reform. |
