社会发展的价值之维——基于《新发展观》的哲学思考

佩鲁所著的《新发展观》从批判传统经济学的发展研究入手,引入了文化价值分析方法,充分阐释了社会发展的价值蕴涵和价值诉求,建构了“为了一切人和完整的人的发展”的新发展观,开辟了发展哲学这一发展研究的新领地。发展哲学对社会发展价值的关注不能脱离对社会发展规律的科学揭示。《新发展观》的理论和方法对于当下中国社会发展理论的深化与创新具有十分重要的借鉴意义。

Cultural Value Dimension of Social Development: Philosophical Reflections from A New Concept of Development by Francois Perroux

From the critique of development research in traditional economics, Francois Perroux explained the social development from cultural value perspective by introducing the cultural value analysis method, and constructed the “view of development for all people and integrated people”, by which opened a new territory of development philosophy in development research. It is proposed by the author of this paper that the attention to social development of development philosophy cannot be separated from the scientific disclosure of the law of social development. The theory and method in A New Concept of Development have extremely significance for deepening Chinese social development theory making innovation in that field.
